There aren't any pokemon games for pc (not that i know of) unless you are going to use an emulator. in my opinion, the best pokemon games are....ALL OF THEM..If thats not the answer you wanted, try Firered and/or Emerald. You can play those perfectly with VisualBoyAdvance-M (not the regular VBA) You can also play Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold or Soulsilver, Black or White and Black 2 or White 2 using No$gba or desmume..Its your choice really..but my personal favourite was pokemon firered because it was like playing pokemon red again but at the same time it felt like a new game.
