As Egg, it should be set to received from daycare helpers, rather than route 7.

Also, you're missing relearn moves (Egg moves), which should at least have basic egg moves + synthesis, which is obtained via breeding.

If you set the Pokemon into Pkhex, OT memories should be created for you.

It depends on how illegal it is. In most cases, nothing will happen. Attempting to use them online won't work, but we don't support that anyway.
