When Pokemon D/P came out, which game did you get first?

I got Pearl first and diamond a few days later

i got pearl when it got out then a week later i bought diamond and that was because they didn´t have diamond when i bought pearl and then i bought platinum on 21th march i know it was 22 but the ones that preorder in nintendo got it one day before jaja

I got Diamond first, as I think Dialga controlling time is cooler than Palkia controlling space. Didn't buy Pearl, and I got Platinum like 3 days after it came out.

I imported Diamond USA version when it first came out. then i bought Platinum UK when it first came out. i didnt bother with buying Pearl, i didnt like the idea of buying the same game but with different pokemon.

Then the very Next day I went to go buy pearl because I wanted Misdreavus lol =]

I bought Platinum the day it came out, however i've yet to buy diamond or pearl... i'll probably end up getting Diamond, Dialga is one of my favorite looking legendaries actually.

I got Diamond, and no Pearl.

What was awesome was my Dad got the U.S version of Diamond, so i was most likely to be the first one in New Zealand to own a legit copy of Pokemon Diamond.

Bought Pearl, stole Diamond from my best friend, let him borrow my Pearl, had him steal my Pearl, returned his diamond after a few months, got my Pearl back, stole his Diamond again, then bought both Diamond and Pearl at the same time so we'd both stop beating the shit out of eachother over pokimanz.... But the main thing is that I bought Pearl first. And no. I'm not joking.
