Thanks in advance.[/quote'] That's something you have to ask the seller. Via Amazon, the 3DS XLs I bought that were new (as in, unopened boxes), came in default 4.5 firmware. The most recent one I got was used, and I asked the seller the firmware on it, 9.2. So either ask or hope it's an exploitable firmware.

Just want your opinions. Apparently, when PS came out it could be exploited through PKHex. But Datel patched this under a couple days, so I highly doubt they will ever support it. Datel is a registered company who can't afford to be sued for copyright infringement.

I think I'm the only one who actually read through the whole thing to find what I was looking for (is there a new update?). Some people (like this person) probably just saw the post and instantly went to reply. I do hope that, someday, there will be a new update, but if not oh well. Also, good thing I saw the notification at the top of the screen saying: Injection will not work on any later firmwares (9.6.x or 9.7.x) either! Software cannot and will not be updated to support later firmwares! Do not update if you wish to use QR injection, RAM2sav, PCEdit, or any other Web Browser (spider) injection method.! I was about to make a new thread!
Alpha Posted June 10, 2015 Author Posted June 10, 2015 As much as I would love to leave this thread open for discussion, there really isn't any left to be made. Injection is not possible past 9.5.0-22. PKHeX relies on a 3DS exploit and therefore cannot and will not be simply updated. I will close this thread, but I'll leave the announcement hanging around as a heads up still.
