Its still randomized. But instead of editing the three starters, the replaced them.

CRO edits are only possible if you're using custom firmware that patches CRO signature checks. Not having that will prevent you from playing the game (as it crashes on invalid signature).

I still tried it and it just stays on a white screen whenever i try going into the game. And I have CFW
