Powersaves help Pokemon X and Y

I posted this under saves but i just found out about this forum where it shouldve been posted originally.

Right i ordered a powersave yesterday it arrived today i have set it up 110% correctly but when i insert Pokemon x or y it loads for a second and then appears with game not supported i have tried everything but nothing has worked

Has anyone else had this happened to them ? or can someone help me fix it?

I also need to add that the region and the games etc. all mach up (EU)

I've heard some versions of the game are not supported for whatever reason.. (i.e preorder cart vs one that was made a month or so after release).. So yea, you're one of the unlucky 1% with that problem probably, heh.. assuming your key is EU too and everything really does match as you say.

dude chill out besides you arent missing a thing from powersaves. Its useless now after the removal of latiosnite and diancie.

the only things you can do is make pokemon shiny or in my case hack shiny , change language, have any mega stone , and wondercard events. pretty much not big deal. Have you tried messaging Datel instead of posting here?

Ah ok thanks it just i was kinda annoyed because i felt like i wasted £15 thats all and my x doesnt work either so im rather unlucky

Hmmm where did you get your game and powersaves? One might be the problem

Edit: might be your powersaves that is a different region or messed up license code

get a refund and try to get a new one or wait for datel reply

It was from Ebay it was brand new in packaging and the X is either from Morrisons or GAME but my Y is from tesco

was the ebay seller from the uk or us? it could be that its the wrong region. Ask for a refund and buy it from someone else

if not wait for Datel's reply and see if they can give you a new license key

im viewing it where i ordered it from now it says its NTSC if that means anything?

Basically means that its American and is therefore not compatible with EU games.

PAL is the format used with EU games.

You'll have to buy an EU version of the powersaves, since I doubt Datel will send you a different one. If you live in the UK, use amazon.co.uk to buy one (thats where I got mine)

You then save YOUR game play onto the SD card, and then take it out and put it in your computer, and using windows explorer, replace your game file with the one you downloaded.
