Jiggy-Ninja Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 (edited) I've been working on this under guidance from SCV for the past few days. It's largely based on the code for his original console app, I just adapted it for a GUI app. EDIT: Added the source code as an attachment to this post. Also attached the program instead of linking to freewebs to avoid the redirect problem. Source code is in C++ and was made in Qt. Guested Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Sounds good, I'm looking forward to seeing it! And I'm glad to hear SCV approved and supported you with it! However... that link just seems to .... re-direct me back to this thread? Odd...
FLOOTENKERP Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Same here, that's pretty weird. But it sounds good.
SCV Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 However... that link just seems to .... re-direct me back to this thread? Odd... If you copy the address to to the browser it will do the right thing.
FLOOTENKERP Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Hm, I tried it, and it is very good. Nice job Jiggy!
evandixon Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 It seems as if jiggy-ninja's FWs account was deleted, or never existed.
Jiggy-Ninja Posted June 15, 2009 Author Posted June 15, 2009 It seems as if jiggy-ninja's FWs account was deleted, or never existed. No, it exists. I uploaded the program as an attachment anyway though, to avoid the problem.
Guested Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Hey man, looks great! One suggestion: How about a button that fills in a random set of IVs, for those who just want to randomly generate a legal pokemon?
evandixon Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 No, it exists. I uploaded the program as an attachment anyway though, to avoid the problem. Does it have any HTML files, or is it just for file storage?
damio Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Hey man, looks great! One suggestion: How about a button that fills in a random set of IVs, for those who just want to randomly generate a legal pokemon? I was actually going to put that into my version
Utopia Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 (edited) I encounter a problem when I want to generate shiny PID for a given nature and a exact IVs, the program unfortunately crushes. I dont' know if the problem depends on the fact that I'm using Windows Vista as OS. EDIT: Same problem as always. i have to make it work like a Windows XP program. Edited June 20, 2009 by Utopia
Narwhal Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 I'm going to try it. EDIT: Awesome! Thanks for making this!
