I don't see any signs of anyone connecting (or trying to connect), so there must be something wrong with your connection. And can you please use apostrophes when you type? I'm in the Eastern time zone. (the east coast of America) EDIT: Maybe the reason why I haven't sent any Pokemon is because people get error messages. I wonder what the problem could be. Also, what error code are you getting? EDIT 2: I was having problems connecting to my fake GTS, except the problem was that I wasn't getting any Pokemon.
