DW ability not passing wi-fi legal check

HI I have spend hours trying to get my totodile with its DW ability Sheer Force to work but it still does not pass the legality check and have set the 0x42 = 01 thing but still no luck.

Heres the .pkm file, so what am I doing wrong?

Totodile's DW ability has not been released yet.

but neither has drizzle politoad or drought ninetails and they work on random wifi

Have you tried putting the pokemon in your PC box and then taking it back out?

I'll try making another one from scratch.

yeah done the deposit/withdraw method and still no luck

Ninetales and Politoad have been released in Japan but Totodile has never been released anywhere as of yet.

Can any unreleased DW pokemon pass the Wi-fi check?

No Im afraid not. If they have not officially been released in the dream world or by an event then they are banned from Random Battle and other such things.
