It doesn't matter, i think the rules should be if a specific Pokemon, (Mew) goes over the 50, it doesn't count but, when someone hits a specific Pokemon, (maybe Kyogre) then the over 50, would neglect it, but maybe that's too hard to keep track off.

Since Mew is already over 50 i shall give Mewtwo.
