A- PC

1- Download DeSmuME ( Nintendo Ds Emulator )
2- Run the Emulator  open Config list > patch settings ( Locate your Rom  and save ... etc ) press Ok then close the app
3- Download the game
4- drag save file inside Battery file  and enjoy

B- Android

1-download drastic App
2- locate game location
3- open the game for first time  then close
4- go  to DraStic File inside your  phone Memory 
5- Drag file inside backup file
6- open the game again and enjoy

After dragging the file inside Battery file and launching the rom, I still only have the option to start new game

Make sure  your patch settings exactly like path

what does this mean? there are no "patch settings" under config only "path settings"
