Here is a collection of all of the contributions from the forums, and a few that were given to me by members of this site. Unfortunately I was unable to identify some of the people who contributed (sorry). If someone can provide links, then I will add their name in.

This information WILL go into the events site as well.

No, I am pretty sure that the VGC Milotics were only given out in the US, UK, France, and Germany.

I've yet to see anyone with an Italy or Spain Milotic nor has anyone claimed to own one.

P.S. So was the B-day Chimchar that Singe uploaded legal? I noticed you added checks for it in Legal.

The Arceus is not an event .pkm.
It's not a .pkm at all. It's a pcd and pgt.

It's a pcd file, Date and IVs aren't set until the Pokemon is picked up. Happiness is 0, as was the Japanese Arceus. EVs are always 0 when you obtain a pokemon, and they grow in BATTLE (or never in the case of this pokemon, since it is level 100).

Same as the Japanese Arceus event.

And the final thing i saw is that it cannot even be distributed making it a fake.
Cannot be RE-distributed. Which is how all event Pokemon are.
Only some items have been re-distributable.

You can't extract a Wondercard with an Action Replay. ARs are a one way device (from the computer to your AR, and your AR to your DS). They can not connect in the opposite direction.

Interesting. I was using the most recent version of the compact Pokesav for DP, though.

attention: there is no such thing as a TRU arceus. when we got the Australian arceus i edited it so i can redistribute to my friends. when I went to tru yesterday with my gf she couldn't receive arceus it said that she had already received it. when i received mine i looked and it was the exact same arceus. so with that said any arceus with ot TRU and id 11079 is hacked.

Maybe because you technically already have the Wonder Card installed in Mystery Gift. These ARCEUS cards have a Wonder Card ID of 19, so use Pokesav to remove 19 from the ID list then try to download the TRU again.

I took the French Wondercard and edited it to be the USA one (I have took a picture of both sides of the Wondercard, back to when I still had it.)

Since every language of the Wondercard are exactly the same except the text, it should be right.

That isn't quite the same as the original Member Card download I've got (according to a file compare in HxD), that I downloaded from the original event section when it was first put up. When opened in Pokesav, the one you made also seems to not have anything checked in the "Version to share with" section.

Now let's say you want to receive the mew event via mystery gift to your Heartgold/SoulSilver game, but can't Pokesav it.

Simply load the PGT in Pokesav Platinum, then generate an AR code of the mystery gift.

The code should start like this :

I did it that way strictly because of the whole Random Nature thing. Plus I usually don't use .pkm saves often, and forgot to compare Event .pkm ones prior to this. T_T

Nigoli, the pgt file will handle generating the random natures. THe pkm file itself is useless before being generated.

You should pick up the pokemon, put it in your box, THEN extract THAT pkm file.

Yes, using Poryhack's PCD safe, you can load the WC in the game, but you won't have the actual mystery gift unless you use Pokesav. There's another event flag in the save that needs to be activated. And the Pokesav provided by Trip4004 is the version 0.02, it may have the mystery gift edit enabled but why do you think COM removed event edition in version 0.03a ?

Pokesav won't work because COM hasn't added that functionality to his HGSS Pokesav. It's not a hard thing to do, but I guess he just doesn't care that much. Hex editing is always an option, and a code was posted a page or so back.

I just recieved my NDS Adaptor (EMS) this week and it is great! It does backups and uploads seamlessly.

No, those are PokeWalker pokemon.
The Course Map for that particular course is being distributed as a WC right now, however.

No like Guested said they come from the PokeWalker. But people still consider them to be events since they're difficult to obtain (being only available in Japan).

Update: Found his attachment. My Kyoto Pikachu WC has a Distribution of 801D (D/P/PT), and his was 800D (D/P). I can definitely verify the Wonder Card is supposed to have a 801D originally from what I have in the save I acquired and that everything after Platinum's Release should have that value. Everything else seems to be the same though.

I wonder, why do I get a corrupted wondercard when uploading them to a dp save file, while I get clean ones when uploading them to Platinum?

Meh, it could have been a corrupted save file.
I got .duc save files from a website and used a converter to get it in raw format.

There was a Pokémon Ranger 2 save file that had the Manaphy Egg, Riolu and Darkrai ready to be transfered, and it worked like a charm.
I made sure to save once with my NO$GBA (It is set to create raw save files) so I could have a truly raw save file wich would work with CycloDS.

If you read through the whole topic, you wouldn't be saying this. The PKM inside the PCD and PGT files are not complete, as they have their stats generated on receiving them.

The PID must be 1 if it's Dynamic. If it's Static, the PID will be a series of numbers that are predetermined.

The "Egg received" is usually a location like Fullmoon Island or what have you. It changes when you receive the actual Pokemon ingame.

Those two factors are correct. Anything else that may be wrong with the WC (corruption, etc.) is beyond me.

I think it is possible with a Hex Editor. That is how we got several HG SS Wonder Cards, by extracting them.

It's kind of complicated to explain. You pretty much need to open up the Save File through a Hex Editing program like Rosalie was saying, and match it to the desired bytes and eyeball it. Comparing another Wonder Card helps, loading one up in PokeSav (Never save over it throguh PokeSav though) is another good way just to double-check it. That's the way I've done it before the Updated HG/SS PCD Safe extraction.

I recommend Poryhack's PCD Safe that ryee5 posted a couple of posts above. It's a great tool and works with most Save files from what I've tested. I personally use the Hexing more so for Saves I find that didn't work with the Tool. Though, it was probably an outdated version I was using. I've just grown accustomed to searching for WCs in Hex, I have it down to my own unique science. :p

Thanks Grovyle that helps quite a bit! I will redownload the dutch shaymin and look at it again. Also the some of the stuff in the contribution archive are not proper, however I haven't had time to finalize what is proper and reacquire good copies of the missing wondercards. Loading correctly in Pokésav, checking the right options in ARDS code export/making sure to click the save button, etc.

i use an r4 sdhc. the problem for me is that in one korean sav it says "you have already recieved this gift" in another it give an arceus insted of a pichu. i tried setting it to unlimited redistribute and that's what gave me the arceus. and yes you can also get the gift by just using the pgt it's worked for me, but with this i used pgt and pcd but no pichu

Sounds like a problem with the Sav and not the PGT.

Idk why it's giving you Arceus.

I've double checked the pgt and it's a Pichu on there not Arceus. I thought it was a mistake but the one I uploaded should still give Pichu's. Hm...

Try using another pgt for another event to see if the problem presists.

Egg hatched value will have to wait since it's usually different with different Events. It shouldn't be a problem acquiring the Pokemon though since it'll be blank either way once acquired.

I recommend backing up your save of course before using it. That's why it's marked as WIP of course.

Most are the Wonder Card files but some are pkm files.

Why would you want .pkm files?
Just get the .pcd and .pgt files from the first post.
This will let you SR for any stats and nature you want.
If you use .pkm files, then you will have a massively cloned event, and trust me you want your events to be unique.

Some members find it easier to just get the AR code for the Pokemon. They aren't all obsessed with stats and natures like some of the battlers out there are haha
