Well, it's not notched, and you CAN'T see a notch if you look closely, so I've editing your topic title to fit what appears to be the real English name. Oddly enough, if you would have kept that image file name as it was when you saved it, you would have learned the correct English name.

Furthermore... "Spiky-ear Pichu" was actually one of the choices I suggested as a better translation when all this started. -_-;
Fenzo said it didn't sound very good, so we stuck with Jagged. Hahaha. Oops!

when i use pokesav i cant make another spiky ear pichu it is a normal one and mi original one gots equal

Pokesav doesn't support whatever data is used to determine Pichu's alternate form.

It's impossible at the moment.

It's not impossible, perse, but just rather difficult. You can use a hex editor after creating the desired stats and whatnot on your Pichu and then just edit the sprite hex to that of the Jagged Eared Pichu. (Or Spikey-Eared or whatever the hell we're calling it now.)
