Head is a bit too big and the neck is a little too skinny on the upper section near the head. That Dragonair is going to have a hard time supporting its heavy head! =(

But even so, I think it looks great. You just need to adjust the proportions and it will look awesome =)

5/10 It needs shading. Add dept to it and it'll look great and erase all excess marks. ;)
