Thanks for this, but the PKHex program as of 05/10/2017 flags this one as illegal. The errors given are: - Evolution Level satifsfied (Can be solvedby increasing the current level) - Invalid move for Cotton Guard (This too can be solved by replacing with another valid move) - Unknown origin or origin game encounter invalid (This one is not solvable in any way, so just wanted to report that OP update the PKM when convenient.) EDIT 05/11/2017 All the errors have been fixed. Thanks to @Kaphotics and @theSLAYER.

Original Description, pre-debug rom leak When running through the assembly of the game, it was discovered that there are subroutines that will give you a set part of Pokemon. It is most likely that these Pokemon the game fills your party with, are Pokemon the debuggers used to run through the game, to test whether the game is working as intended. Thanks to @jojo12100 and @BlackShark's help with the codes, to obtain these Pokemon! Update, post-debug rom leak Since the debug roms for Blue and Yellow is (at time of writing) now in the wild, the debug Pokémon from those were added. It is important to note that OT/TID is set upon continuing the game via debug (as opposed to continuing normally via Title Screen). So while the subroutine is the same, it uses the base save's OT/TID. In any case, debug roms will not be distributed. Do not ask for them! Original Thread:

This page features unused trade Pokemon found in Generation I. In Pokemon Red Blue and Green, it was found that there is an unused trade, whereby players can trade their Butterfree for a Beedrill from an NPC. Pokemon Yellow added two more unused trades, where players can trade a Mew for a Mew, and a Pidgeot for Pidgeot. Thanks to @jojo12100 and @SwagKey for obtaining these Pokemon for us! Original Thread:

  8. It took me a minute to find out which one it was. I can vouch for the below Jirachi. It's origin location was the same JP Fire Red save I got from my friend. The one containing the 3 JP Berry Fix Zigzagoon and the Jungle Tour Celebi. It shouldn't have any trash bytes. I only gained the ability to backup GBA saves last year. Back in 2013, my crafty friend and I used to backup my Colosseum save and send it to eachother to share/trade Pokemon with eachother. ジラ-チ (Jirachi) @ PID 9FAC76C2IVs: 9 HP / 3 Atk / 13 Def / 1 SpA / 11 SpD / 24 SpeEVs: 9 HP / 72 Atk / 21 Def / 35 SpA / 19 SpD / 24 SpeAbility: Serene GraceLevel: 47Jolly Nature- Psychic- Confusion- Rest- Swift

Beneath the depths of a European Movie 11 Shaymin distribution cart, exists a debugging Wailord Test Wonder Card. Pokemon Black & White introduced a pair of main title games, where the player could not catch the box mascot Legendary until past the first Elite Four challenge, and Pokemon Black 2 & White 2 took that idea to a whole new level. Featured on the boxes of Pokemon Black 2 & White 2, is the same Pokemon, but in 2 different formes: Black Kyurem and White Kyurem. Their introduction may not have been the first canonical Pokemon fusion (slowpokeXshellder anyone?), but it certainly was the first for Legendary Pokemon, and they were uncatchable in that state. (normally) The antagonist that continued to plague Unova, Ghetsis, stole the DNA Splicers, tricked his foster son N to appear with the legendary Pokemon of Unova, AND managed to steal N's Pokemon ZekromB2/ReshiramW2 and got Kyurem to fuse together with it. (the cutscene looked like a dog toying with it's prey, but I digress) This page hosts the Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, stolen from Ghetsis (karma, lol), by @jojo12100 If you didn't have a Fused Kyurem, these cannot be un-fused; The separation depends on the the state of the DNA Splicers - which there's 2, hence why it can have different description. Also depends if there is anything in the Kyurem Fused Slot in your save. (that's how they retain the Zekrom/Reshiram used for fusion) As per any Black Kyurem/White Kyurem, it cannot be traded, and cannot be transferred to later generations, when it is in the fused state. In Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, players will receive a Cosplay Pikachu, after taking part in a Pokemon Contest Spectacular. The Cosplay Pikachu comes with it's Hidden Ability Lightning Rod, and an exclusive move that changes with the costume. Cosplay Pikachu normally cannot be obtained shiny in-game. Through the power of hacking, theSLAYER obtained a few Cosplay Pikachu that are different from normal. 1. Shininess + Hidden Ability (Lightning Rod) 2. Shininess + Ability Slot 1 (Static) [these were obtained by changing TID/SID of the Pokemon, to make it shiny. Also, ability changed for non-HA versions] It's normally impossible to obtain more than one Cosplay Pikachu, and like Spiky-Eared Pikachu, it cannot be traded (or deposited into Pokemon Bank), and cannot be transferred to future generations. Pokémon Sun & Moon introduced a variant Pikachu that wear's Ash's Hat (Cap Pikachu) AND Let's Go Pikachu introduced a variant that is your buddy (Partner Pikachu), and it's interesting to note they removed shiny coloration for the alternate model that fills the shiny slot, meaning that Cosplay Pikachu may be the last Pikachu Variant that have Shiny Models, even when shiny locked.

In Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen & Emerald, lies a cave named the Altering Cave. At first glance, all it has are wild Zubat, which makes me people ask "why the heck does this cave even exist to begin with". As it turns out, there is more to this cave than it meets the eye. This cave was programmed to make use of special Mystery Gifts, that would allow the wild Pokémon species that appears to be altered. Sadly, this game feature never had an event to make use of it. Following it's initial release in Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen, all the Pokémon that could have been caught from here, could also be encountered in the extended Safari Zone of Pokémon Emerald. (with the exception of Smeargle: it can be caught in Artisan cave in Battle Frontier) Despite these Pokémon all being available in Pokémon Emerald, it's not known why this cave was also included for it. This page hosts the Pokémon that can be encountered in an altered Altering Cave, as well as other means to get them to appear. New update! This page also holds a custom wonder card, that can be used to cycle through the encounters of Altering Cave, whenever you talk to the deliveryman! Take note: if you toss/remove the wonder card, the encounters in Altering Cave will be stuck at the last species encountered. Also note: FireRed/LeafGreen & Emerald have their own wonder cards. FRLG cannot use Emerald wonder card and vice versa. The encounters that get cycled are (and it wraps back to the start): Zubat, Mareep, Pineco, Houndour, Teddiursa, Aipom, Shuckle, Stantler, Smeargle. International Wonder Card (ENG FRE GER ITA SPA) Card is English language, but works on the languages listed. Japanese Wonder Card (Hint: You'll need the WC3TOOL to inject wonder cards into your save.) Also, PKHeX usage: Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen: Event constant 36 Pokémon Emerald: Event constant 62 Cycling through 0 to 8 in the above given event constant, results in the rotation of the species that appears. Programmed into Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum Versions, is an unreachable location called the Hall of Origin. There, players will be able to challenge and potentially capture a level 80 wild Arceus. However, the key item that would activate an in-game event to reach this place, the Azure Flute, was never released. Based on an interview with Junichi Masuda with Nintendo World Report in 2013, it was revealed that the Azure Flute event was thought to be too confusing for players, hence the idea of distributing it was scrapped. Before the JP Movie Arceus distribution in Gen 6, one of the reasons why this event is much coveted, with many attempting to get a tweaking method to succeed, is due to the fact that this Arceus can be encountered shiny. This page contains the Arceus that would have been encountered there, achieved by some form of cheating: [SPA] Spanish Arceus, credits @suloku [ENG] English Arceus, credits @theSLAYER (TID/SID/OT modded to follow suloku's copy) [KOR] Korean Arceus, credits @theSLAYER [JPN] Japanese Arceus, credits @theSLAYER To contribute an Arceus of a language not yet contributed, do so here:

Pokemon Emerald introduced an array of post-game battle facilities, which is hosted on the island called Battle Frontier. Besides roping in the existing Battle Tower from Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire, the newer facilities hosts various challenges and rules, unique to their own facility and differentiates them from the traditional Battle Tower (and each other). In 2 of the facilities, namely Battle Pike and Battle Pyramid, it is possible to encounter wild Pokemon, and none of these can be captured. (and to totally break you, these Pokemon can be shiny. *sad* ) @jojo12100 grabbed all these Pokemon straight from the RAM, and used @BlackShark's tool to decrypt said Pokemon.
