  3. Correct, what was said applies to any server side distribution or game (eg. Home, GO)
  4. Perfectly legal -> you can't as it would need a valid Home Tracker, which is something PKHeX won't be ever capable to generate. If you don't care about the Home Tracker, you can use the encounter database and PKHeX will generate the legal entity for you (Tools -> data -> encounter db).
  5. As far as I can tell there's no public editor for static encounters. You can eventually dump the static encounter blocks yourself if they're labeled in here, replace the ek9 data with the ones you want to inject and restore the edited blocks. No guidance will be given for this, only proceed if you know what you're doing.
  6. No, shinies are generated randomly at each spawn, they can not be predicted in any way. Any outbreak can have a shiny.
  7. Tera Finder has been updated to support the latest PKHeX 23.09.25 and the Scarlet & Violet 2.0.1, introducing The Teal Mask DLC. Changelog: Download: https://github.com/Manu098vm/Tera-Finder/releases Kitakami Outbreaks legal data is still a work in progress.
  8. The Plugin has been updated to support HOME 3.1.0. It requires PKHeX 23.09.25.
  9. Click on the Downloads tab of the forums. That's the site's gallery. The content is the same as the Github gallery.

Event description This is an event raid held by Scarlet and Violet. Notably, with this event you get a chance to encounter Tera raids featuring a level 100 (Shiny locked) Mewtwo with the Psychic Tera type, and level 75 Scizor, Hydreigon, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl and Blissey. Additionally, a special interaction occurs if the player brings a Mew to the raid, (not limited to the "My very own Mew" event Mew): The text "Mew is going to go all out against this formidable opponent!" appears. Mew receives a 50% boost to its HP, and a 20% boost to all 5 other stats for the duration of the battle. If Mewtwo is defeated and/or captured, any Mew present in the raid also gain the Mightest Mark, granting them the title Mew the Unrivaled. This event run from September 1 to 17, 2023. How to encounter Mighty raid in-game For 7-Stars Raids to be findable by players, they must first have unlocked 6-Stars Raids through story progression. This requires completing the entire game story and the post game until the academy tournament. Players must then complete 10 4-stars or 5-stars raids. Only after all these steps have been performed, the player will receive a call from Jacq, which he will proceed to tell you about dangerous black crystal raids. 14. Why not redeeming the wondercards / events yourself, to generate proper wonder records?
  15. No one ever reported ban issues with any of the stuff you mentioned. Bans are really pretty much for piracy, I would not be too worried about bcat or save file editing.
  16. The 3DS and Wii U comunication protocols do not have the same security flaws the DS and Wii protocols had. NDS-constraint doesn't work with 3DS and Wii U. 3DS fan servers exists (for a limited number of games), but they require an SSL patch to the game, which requires an Hacked console.
  17. If you place a cloned Pokémon with an existing Tracker into Home, the Tracker gets changed while keeping all the record/details related to the old tracker. So far that's the safest way to place into Home a Pokémon that should already be passed through Home. Don't wipe/edit the tracker from the Go entries.
  18. Your best bet would be either a hacked DSi or a hacked 3DS. If you can't use an hacked device, you can eventually also look into this https://github.com/AdmiralCurtiss/nds-savegame-manager, but it's not much user friendly and it requires you to have an open or WEP encrypted WiFi network.
  19. Yes you need to use switch-time before redeeming the events. No one reported a ban for using it so far, at least not that I know of. Just run the homebrew, select the date you want, then open the game and proceed to redeem the gifts you want. Resync the time with switch-time afterwards. As always, take your own risks.
