It's also really hard to obtain. I am training one I caught in Blue lake from dratini, so I think I will finally get one. Dragon Rage around Roxannes gym pretty much pwns everything.

Like there is one who has stated thier opinion a couple times, has the Pokemon as their avatar and periodically reminds everyone of their fav. The Entei, Raikou, Suicune one is entertaining.</p></p></p></p></p>

Well the Gamecube cost 100 bucks at release, the DSi cost 160, and the wii like 200. Doing the math... I'ld guess somewhere between 180 and 250 in US dollars.

I meant make it capable of working on the other DSs, but be able to use the adcanced connections. So DSi enhanced, not DSi exclusive.

<p><p><p><p><p>I have a vague idea. I know that no one besides Kim is allowed access to western culture. That whatever Kim wants done to whoever or whatever gets done. I did a ton of research at some point. I know some stuff, the reason I said I would have trouble beleiving you iif you said North Korea is because I know very very few are allowed internet access. Or to see things like pokemon. or to drink water... but I think it's best not to go down that route.</p></p></p></p></p>

Remember Platinum? It came out with a large set of wifi features. Which would have been great if I could regulary use wifi, and I could have if they had added the single feature of being able to use the DSis advanced connections. But they didn't, so I almost didn't get it. The I kinda assumned they would have added it to HG/SS.(Rather ticked they didn't). Since Pokemon seems to be ignoring the "new features" I think the idea of the third game working on the new system is kinda ridiculous. It would be nice, but I'm betting the 3DS will have backwards compatibility instead.

I am sure there won't be one, but if there was I would want it like I said. And I'm pretty sure that's what they were talking about, but FR/LG means that the idea a third one is guarenteed is an incorrect idea.

What do you mean *be happy* that we're even getting a new set? We would get one wether we wanted or not, because it would sell. Or did you forget that it is all just a company, created for profit; not a volunteer operated system? And as for the people talking about the "inevitable third game", I ask that you look at FireRed and LeafGreen. At the very least I doubt that there will be a Crystal remake(Sorry about going off topic there). Now, onto the games themselves. Right now all we can honestly do is speculate, because they threw out many rules with generation III and IV. Before III all legends were genderless, and all pokemon had one form. Before IV none could have eggs, nor were there normal type legends. So this game could entirely shatter the foundation of Pokemon games. I mean look at the Pokemon center alone. It's part of a HUGE building, and has a store inside of it. Next thing we know there is going to be a teleportal in them also. On a side note, I hope that if a Crystal comes out it will be like the others, except on the 3DS, providing it the ability to store all four of the original regions, as well as the Sevii islands and such(The full maps, not that halfway stuff we got for GSC Kanto). Admittedly they would need a heck of a lot of story added. EDIT: forgot the part in the asterics

The whole thing seems rather repetitive. But It's a good system. I like the basic 8, the rival/villians, the 4 thats actually five, and sometimes want a change of the starters, but then realize that there aren't many I would want that can be used together to create the type thing they have going. However, it would be good if the evolutions gain unexpected types.
