It is. And I don't have any json file, the download only includes the exe. EDIT: I edited the cfg file but the problem is still there.

I just updated to the latest version (23.02.27 by the time this tread was created). As soon as I double click on the exe file the RAM usage of my PC rises to 99% and becomes completely unusable, to the point only a hard reset "fixes" the issue. Tried several times, always the same. I simply can't use the newest version.

Just click Ok, set the Kirlia to overwrite it and save. It should be fine.

How do I load up wonder cards (wc8) on PKHex?

If what's inside the wc is a pkmn, you can simply open the wc8 file by going to File > Open, then setting the pkmn in a free space. But what if the wc contains items instead?
