I don't know where you got that Jirachi from, so I guess the bug is in the PID. It usually happens that many people do not modify the pokemon well because they usually forget or do not know how the older gens work. With Pokefinder you can search for the correct IV distribution and its PID, once you have the PID you can get the SID. There shouldn't be a problem, if there is, you just have to change the EO genre and/or source game (ruby or sapphire). I would say that you can also use within pkhex ---> tools ---> data ---> encounter data base but there I can not guide you much because I do not dominate it.

About the "WISHMKR" as far as I know there is no 6IV. About the "Channel" if there is one 6IV Brave, there is no other. 5IV you have things like Modest and Timid with less than 5atk, not counting the spa you have 5IV Jolly and Impish.

Thanks for replying, I was unaware of this pkhex function. Although at first only came out with Calm nature, I think I figured out how to change the nature and I got one with Impish nature and the IV is solved with a plate.

Hello!!! I was checking my pokemon and I found that the Salamence that had been a Bagon of the wish event, tells me that it is invalid, it's been a while since I looked at it but before if it was legal. Although it's been a while since your question, I'm just now touching on Channel. The PID of that Jirachi “exists” as the PID to IVs tool of Pokefinder says. But the 6949B5C5 seed is impossible to reach, if you use the search option it doesn't find anything with those IVs, since it can't be reached. There are a few Hasty/Naive that are 5IV easy to reach.

I thought Channel's shiny Jirachi was impossible After a lot of reading, of understanding something, of finding what is necessary ... I have achieved it !!!
