I'm glad I could help in some way I later discovered that the initials I was referring to were distributed at PGL events.

Supongo que se me va a volver a ignorar pero este error que comento en este hilo sigue presente: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/67210-pokémon-starter-and-pokeball/ It's related to certain initials and their Poké Balls.

The error I mentioned in a thread is still present. https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/67210-pokémon-starter-and-pokeball/ It's related to certain initials and their Poké Balls.

Help, don't understand why IV and PID don't match on this Blaziken
manolin18 replied to Rikipalooza's topic in PKHeX
It's method 4. According to what I read on the website, they omit the initials and gifts, as those would count as legendary (static). The website is not difficult to use. You must enter the values you have or want for your Pokémon and its nature, then click on FIND PID. For example, if you were looking for a 31/0/31/31/31/31 Timid, you wouldn't find anything, but if you keep trying, when you get to 31/7/31/31/31/31, you'll find a Method 1. All you have to do is enter that IV combination and that PID, and you'll have a legal Pokémon. I hope my poor explanation makes sense. -
Help, don't understand why IV and PID don't match on this Blaziken
manolin18 replied to Rikipalooza's topic in PKHeX
The combination of PID, Nature, and IV is incorrect. It should be as follows: 26/30/21/27/3/9 And if you want it to be shiny, its SID would be 22160. I don't know how that website works; I always use Pokefinder. As Kaphotics says, it's method 1, not 4. -
I've seen a video showing how to do it, and it's not complicated. It's fortunate that there are people who have created alternative servers to enable these things.

If you're going to play on an emulator or similar device, or you're not going to use the online feature, those errors don't really matter.

If you only need a Shiny Wishmaker Jirachi, you can get it here: https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/1696-wishmkr-shiny-jirachi/ https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/1317-shiny-wishmkr-jirachi/

To sum it up, CFW allows you to run homemade applications, known as homebrew, and JKSV is a program for making copies of your games and/or injecting copies of games into games. Now I'm wondering if it's still possible to download the bank because the 3DS internet services no longer work. If the person is a professional, there shouldn't be any problems if you give them the .pk7 or .pk6 files. The atrocities were because 90% of the people who repaired Pokémon didn't know how to create them properly, but of course, if you give them the files as I said before, they can't do anything wrong. Before, the checks were terrible, anything could slip through the GTS, and even in official VGC tournaments you could see “fake” Pokémon. I still have quite a few screenshots on my PC of all the “fake” Pokémon I saw or came across. I've seen that Mew in S/S, but of course that was more than five years ago. It's sure to get through the bank, but I don't know if they've fixed the security on HOME.
-
If I may offer some advice, I wouldn't ask anyone to do that job for you. Not because they'll charge you a lot of money, but because you don't know how they're going to do it. For better or worse, I spent a few years distributing Pokémon and collecting others, and I've seen some real atrocities, and on top of that, they were proud of doing something like that. If you trust your cousin, I would ask him for the console a little longer so you can do it yourself. Besides, it wouldn't take you long, easily two afternoons if you do it this way: - If your cousin has CFW, you would just have to use an application like JKSV to extract the save and then transfer it to your PC. If he doesn't have CFW, installing it costs nothing and is super fast. Then you give him back the console. - Once you have the save in your possession, make a backup so that if you make a mistake, there won't be any problems, and then modify the save by adding all the Pokémon you want at your own pace. - When you've finished recreating those Pokémon, ask for the console back and inject the modified save into the cartridge, then transfer the Pokémon to the bank. Once the process is complete, restore your cousin's original save and you're done.

I know the method you're talking about. Since the bank only checked the EO and ID, you could force it to be shiny using the method you mentioned. What I don't know is whether that Mew could now go to HOME. I have no idea about that. From what you say, I understand that you have access to the US, which means you can easily inject ORAS, US/UM, and VC Pokémon there and then use the bank. In theory, even though the 3DS no longer has online services, the bank will exist forever, although I'm not entirely sure about that, nor do I know how it works after the shutdown.

I'm sorry you lost those Pokémon. I don't understand why they decided to save the game on the console instead of the cartridge. I guess it's to force you to use HOME. Regarding your request: - You can get the Pokémon from ReignOfComputer's thread, for example, where you can find all those Pokémon on his GitHub: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/37566-rocs-pc-collection-through-the-ages-u-20231218/ - To quickly modify the Pokémon with your ID, SID, EO, and shiny, you can use pkhex's Batch Editor, which will do the job in no time. https://projectpokemon.org/home/tutorials/save-editing/using-pkhex/how-to-use-the-batch-editor-in-pkhex-r77/. I would say that the best way is to make all the changes with the version variable. Sword Pokémon would not need Home Tracker since, in theory, they have never been in HOME, but SM or OR Pokémon would. What I really don't know is how you're going to get those Pokémon into your games without a modded console. I know that not long ago there were servers on Discord where you could upload your .pk8 or .pk9 files and they would distribute them to your console via a bot, but I don't know if they still work. That would take quite a long time, because I see about 130 Pokémon in that image.

I think I found an error that I mentioned in this thread, in case you're interested: It's related to certain initials and their Poké Balls.
-
In the end, no one answered me, so I used the 3dsrngtool to clear up my doubts - Male Emboar (HA) Cherish Ball + Ditto = Female Tepig (HA) PokéBall. The Cherish Ball cannot be inherited, and Ditto cannot pass on its PokéBall either. - Female Tepig (HA) Poké Ball + Male Emboar Dusk Ball = Tepig (HA) Dusk Ball. As you can see in the screenshot, you get a Male Tepig with the hidden ability and the father's PokéBall. So it's a pkhex bug, I hope they can fix it soon.
-
Let me clarify this a little further. They are all bred in Ultra Sun. Here is an example: - Male Emboar (HA) Cherish Ball + Ditto = Female Tepig (HA) Poké Ball - Female Tepig (HA) Poké Ball + Male Emboar Dusk Ball = Tepig (HA) Dusk Ball In theory, in Generation VII, if the father and mother are of the same species, there is a 50% chance that it will inherit the father's Poké Ball. I think it's a pkhex bug. Furthermore, it only happens with those three Poké Balls; with others such as Moon Ball, Beast Ball, Repeat Ball, etc., there is no such problem. I've solved my other question. I found that the starters from the 1st, 3rd, and 4th generations were distributed with Dream Balls.
-
Hello, I was reviewing my Pokémon collection and noticed that pkhex says that all starters from generations 2, 3, 4, and 5 cannot be captured with Heal Ball, Dusk Ball, or Quick Ball (all Poké Balls introduced in generation 4) if they have the hidden ability. Is this true? I remember that all of those starters can be caught in Generation VII thanks to Island Scan. One more question: can the starters from Generations I, III, and IV be caught with Dream Balls?

Request Pokémon Shiny Palkia & Dialga - Spear Pillar
manolin18 replied to Hellscream's topic in Pokémon Requests
Well, if they can only be captured in those games, I would say you have several options: 1) Modify the pokes that come in the save, putting all the encounter data in D/P 2) Modify a Palkia/Dialga from D/P/Pt using the PID + ID + SID from the save game 3) Use RNG Reporter or Pokefinder to find an exact PID for the IV combination you want. All 4th generation seeds are the same in all 5 games and are even shared with the 3rd generation. -
Request Pokémon Shiny Palkia & Dialga - Spear Pillar
manolin18 replied to Hellscream's topic in Pokémon Requests
Hi, it's not exactly what you asked for, but here you go: You have shiny Palkia/Dialga/Giratina, although they are from HG/SS from the Arceus event. Since they are level 1, you can adjust them to level 47 so they are the same as in D/P. -
Need help making a legal HGSS Latias for BW/BW2
manolin18 replied to Glitchy's topic in Pokémon Legality
So there's no need to modify the Pokémon? That IV distribution is impossible in Generation IV, and I have no idea where the PID came from. -

HP Fire o HP Ground? I say this because the sample you uploaded is HP Fire, but in the post you ask for HP Ground. -
Personally, I would find it strange if someone modified the Pokémon and didn't do the typical Full IV. Back in 2006, there was a lot of cloning and GameShark (which could create Pokémon), but of course, it's quite rare for a PID to coincide with its seed. I don't know if any of those methods could cause this. As I said, in all the Pokémon I have from that event, the seed is never greater than FFFF, but of course I can't guarantee that mine or the ones I've seen weren't generated. So that's the flaw. I wasn't at Moviplaya2006, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was their mistake, because it's typical of Nintendo Iberia (Spain + Portugal) to do things so badly. Regarding the methods you mentioned earlier, “Method 1, Method 2, Method 4, Channel Method 1, Channel Method 2,” the only one that works in this situation is “Method 1 Reverse,” or at least that's the one that has worked for me. I use pokefinder 4.0.0 because I'm more used to it. In the latest version, I can't find where to search directly with Method 1 Reverse. I realized that the Ho-ohs weren't .pk3, so I'm uploading them in that format instead.
-
Hello, I took a look at your Ho-Oh and found that the problem is this: PID Type: Method_1 [BACD_R_A] Origin Seed: 5FC7C7CC The PID type should be BACD. If I use “Reverse Method 1” in pokefinder, it should be: FAB867B8 No Lonely 0 7 0 20 6 0 27 And then pkhex continues with the error “Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type.” and even though I already have: PID Type: BACD [BACD_R_A] Origin Seed: 5FC7C7CC The problem is the seed. I've looked at all the events I have and others, and your Pokémon's seed is too “high.” The maximum seed value is FFFF (65535 in decimal). Using Pokefinder 4.0.0 and “Method 1 Reverse,” I found a 31/31/24/5/23/31 Jolly (within the range of minors to FFFF), which I think is pretty good. I'll leave it here along with 3 others that I modified. I also tried searching with that combination of IVs, even varying one of them, and I couldn't find any valid seeds. I searched by PID to see if there was another valid IV variation, but there wasn't, and finally I searched for IVs with different characteristics, but there were no different seeds. I'm very “rusty” in all this, I hope I've explained myself well, plus my English isn't very good. Ho-Oh v2.zip

Shiny Cute Charm and PID Nautres Tables Help
manolin18 replied to abszs123's topic in ROM - NDS Discussion & Help
For me you have made the best choice. I in my HG/SS games have managed to get adamant 3IV and the other 2IV at 20+, I guess there may be a SID and TID that are compatible with this glitch and some of the 5IV adamant. I always talk about HG/SS which is what I play D/P/P/Pt I think it will be similar. The example I gave was of HG/SS over slots, which is a bit frustrating but is compensated by all the pokemon you can get -
Shiny Cute Charm and PID Nautres Tables Help
manolin18 replied to abszs123's topic in ROM - NDS Discussion & Help
I would advise you to choose “Male Lead (Any gender ratio for female)” "Shiny Group 2". For me it is the one with the best natures. About “sweet scent” if it is used in fact it is a very important part. It is also important to say that not all pokemon can get the IV you want, I mean many IV distributions are associated with certain slots and you depend on that slot in the pokemon you want. An example: 31/7/31/31/31/31/28 Timid HP Ice I go to Route 8 to capture a Growlithe but this Pokemon is only in slot 6,7,8,10 and that IV distribution is only for slot 1, so I can have a Haunter with those IVs -
PokeFinder Doesn't List "Channel" As Option?
manolin18 replied to PLAFiles's topic in Pokémon Legality
In pokefinder there is no option for a “Channel” profile because no TID or SID is generated, since you don't create any trainer profile. The Jirachi event of that game always has the same TID, what does vary is the SID, PID, EO genre and video game that receives Jirachi. Unlike the Bonus Disc, everything is generated in Pokemon Channel and not all the Jirachis that are generated can be reached.
