Hello can someone help me how to edit that banlist narc for example i want to unban meloetta from single battle in pokemon black and i've already extract that file which is in a/1/0/5 file 20 and here what i got and now i'm confuse how to edit that file, tried to change all with 0 and i got error like chedarface can someone help me ?
