Jak's Super Nova

I figured it out, the first time I had used it, I did not uncheck the Level boost multiplier and after running the randomizer twice, some trainers are bound to have a pokemon of level 100

every time I've tried randomizing Omega Ruby, enemies have pokemon that are way over leveled, when looking through the list, I found that the first grunt had a level 100 Shelder. these are the settings I've been trying it with [ATTACH=CONFIG]13186[/ATTACH]

everything else seems to work fine, but the proteins guy sells them all for 250 and not 125, the incense lady still only has incenses, and it seems there is nowhere I can go to obtain sacred ash. Did I do something wrong with repacking it? or no? (I'm using homebrew and Hans to run the game)
