I have been using ENG Faraway Island Shiny Mew online without Problems tho cant be traded, wondertraded or uploaded to the GTS. But the VC Event one can and even on Shiny.

Also the Emerald(Even Shiny) one and the My Pokemon Ranch one

Just did it and that Mew cant be transferred to PokeBank

Which Homebrew Launcher app you use? And does it work with retail game? And you can still use Ninjhax.
