Now I need help injecting the file back into the game. After editing how do I replace the original save from PKHEX?

Sorry if this was asked before, I'm new here. I tried searching, with no luck. But my question is, how can I Use PKHEX to edit my save file for gen 1 VC? I tried to use Save manager like with ORAS, but it crashes when I try it with Blue VC. Thanks in advance for the help!
