Ok, after turning on my 3DS I'm not banned and made my way to turn off "sending data via SpotPass" in System Settings. Also after talking to some friends that have CFW 3DSes I can confirm they're safe. Thank God! 

What I'm scared of now though is that I installed A9LH for my cousin's O3DS back in February and I don't know if she'll be banned considering she's still on an older Luma version. Should I still tell her to go online even though she hasn't had the time to play it for the past weeks?

Woah... Nintendo's usually been lenient but now it looks like they're going Sony. 

I've recently played it yesterday to finish off SoV but I don't think I got a ban. I also have "Send data to Nintendo" on but now after hearing this, I don't think I want to turn on my 3DS. :[

Damn, forgot to go today was too busy. Hopefully they still have some left tomorrow.

Browsed the GBATemp 3DS section and noticed someone posted events and in it has the Korean Shiny Tapu Koko, Japanese Bewear, Korean Mew and also what appears to be those missing items on the first post, the Bottle Cap, Big Nugget, and Max Revive.

Weird must've not gotten them at my store or the employee didn't know what it was. I also just now looked at their Twitter and they indeed tweeted it out.

If I end up getting one tomorrow I might just give it out here since it's pointless to me.

Unfortunately, no codes are being given out in Canada at EB GAMES nor was it even mentioned on the official site, Serebii or Bulbapedia...

I've also attached the English Wondercard with the date as May 15th (US start day) by using the WC7FULL from the event collection archive in PKHeX for those who are picky about such things.

And possibly a third game for the Switch considering reports? I also think we're getting it in the west in Fall for coinciding with said game(s) if so.

I've been curious about the OT of that Midnight Lycanroc being Rocky because there's apparently an in-game sidequest that I've never come across to in-game and it's about an NPC's Rockruff nicknamed Rocky that goes missing. Is it unused or something I missed out on?

Most of my work comes down to finding lost kids or Pokémon, or helping lost tourists. The only thing we never seem to lose in Alola is the peace and quiet! Same goes for today!

I had found a person on Reddit's PokemonExchange who was going to Korea next week for a few days and was offering to get Mew + eggs, but of course the nature of paying money for events like this is a bit annoying.  Especially with them being random in nature.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but since IR and local wireless events don't go through Game Sync or the PGL, if you inject one of the WCs between game syncs it shouldn't result in a ban, since the same would happen legitimately, right?  From playing around with PkHex, I can see that wonder cards are stored outside the super-encrypted area of the save, so if ALL you do is add a WC and re-save, it shouldn't leave any traces of having been edited at all.

And yeah they shouldn't care about what WCs you have on your save. Unless maybe it's Region-locked such as Ash's Pikachu.

By this rate an English distribution is not too far off, but it doesn't really matter since the Korean one in the collection is Region-free. It would still be good for those that don't do any kind of save modding.

I've been wondering about this for a while actually, do you know if you transfer a VC Pokemon to Bank will it get the language tag of the Sun/Moon/Bank's set language or is it always the language of the VC games?

My sympathies to anyone going into a hell of a line... Also this is the first Mew to have a + mark.

Weren't people able to bypass it by using a new game's sync id on their banned one? I know people on GBATemp and reddit said that worked for them. But then you'd lose all your PGL data such as Golbal Missions etc.

Haven't been playing the games as much now so I really dunno. 

So did the people who registered for the competitions that used PKHeX get banned only or those who also only just registered their game sync id on the PGL that use PKHeX? I know I haven't done any of the competitions aside for Global Missions and am still intact on my main save.

I'm also testing a new registered game save that I put all legal items and dex 'mons on to see if it holds on (Not registering it for the competition).
