Some copies of the games have different save block identifiers in RAM (And some copies have different identifiers when on 9.5), and are not currently supported. If you get empty boxes when you open your save in PKHeX, please PM me your save file, and I will fix this as soon as possible.

This is a method based off of Yifan Lu's spider3DSTools (https://github.com/yifanlu/Spider3DSTools) to dump or inject a save file from your Gen VI Pokemon Game.

NOTE: You need PKHeX 1-28-15 or later to use this with PKHeX. Please update your PKHeX before using this.

You cannot use this with SaveDataFiler right now because of the Map Data issue. It's kind of being worked on.

This tool has two limitations.

1. You cannot import Party Data. You can export, but not import because of cacheing. This may be fixed in the future.

2. You cannot import OR export NPC/Map data. This is because it's not stored with the rest of save data.

Hello! So, I put the "code.bin" file at the root of my SD Card. I downloaded the 524 - Aaaah ! Un Ectoplasma chromatique ! and renamed the file "wondercard.bin" as explained, then put it at the root of my SD Card. I went on my 3DS to play to AS and went into the Mystery Gift section. I returned to the HOME Menu, went on the Web Brower, went to the loadcode.projectpokemon.org webpage and it worked all fine. In my Wondercards, I've seen that I've got it, the one for the Shiney Gengar. So I clic exit, went into the Game and to a Pokémon Center... there wasn't a blue lady up in there waiting to give me my present. And it's been the same case for someone I know with a Diancie. It's like there's a part of the injection that doesn't happen. Anyway, if you could help me, I'd appreciate it, but it was more to let you know about it.

It is possible that the wondercards you are injecting are used already.

If this is the case, open them in WC6 editor (linked in the OP), then edit them to unused before injecting.

Instructions:

1. Download wondercardcode.zip from the bottom of this post, unzip it, and put code.bin at the root of your 3ds's SD card.

2. Put a wondercard (.wc6) file at the root of your SD card, and rename it "wondercard.bin". You can find wondercards in the Event Contributions thread, or make them with WC6 Editor. There's an example included in the download (contrary serperior).

3. On your 3ds, open up the game you want to inject to. Select Mystery Gift, but don't view the card collection.

4. Open your web browser, and go to http://loadcode.projectpokemon.org -- After the web browser crashes, open up your game and check the card collection. Your wondercard should now be in slot 1.

5. Pick up your wondercard from the lady in the pokemon center, then save.

If it doesn't work, please let me know so that I can give you a file that will let me debug why it isn't working and fix whatever the issue is.

I have two pieces of advice for you. One is that if you go into your 3DS and go into the settings and if at the top screen it doesn't say 9.0 or 9.4 then you are kinda screwed for now.

The second piece of advice I have for you is to watch a video tutorial to make sure you're doing everything correctly I personally would recommend this video.

Actually, versions 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3 all work. I tested it on 9.2.

I'm having a hard time finding the option "save box data ++" any advice?!

Make sure you're using the latest PKHeX and looking under the tools TAB and not the tools menu

This is a version of my pokemon injector (http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?44551-Web-Browser-RAM-based-Pokemon-Injection-for-XY-and-ORAS) that imports and exports an entire box at a time.

Instructions:

1. Download code.bin from the bottom of this post and put it at the root of your 3ds's SD card.

2. Using PKHeX (http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?36986-PKHeX-(Gen-6-SAV-PKX-Editor)), toggle box interface on in the tools menu. Optionally, you can drop a box2dump.bin (generated by the program) into PKHeX to preload a box from your save file. Make all the edits to a box you want, then go to the Tools tab, hit "Save Box Data++", and then hit NO to save your current box. Save the resulting file as "boxdata.bin", and copy it to your SD card. (An example boxdata.bin is included with the download).

3. On your 3ds, open up the game you want to inject to. Make sure you don't have anything in Box 1 that you're not willing to overwrite.

4. Close your boxes in-game, open your web browser, and go to http://loadcode.projectpokemon.org -- After the web browser crashes, open up your game and imported box data will be written to box 1.

5. Running the code will write "box2dump.bin" to your SD card -- this is a copy of everything in your second box, and you can open it with the latest PKHeX.

2. If nintendo patches this out in a system update, yes.

3. You can trade injected pokemon if they are legal. Look how to do that on the Pokemon Legality subforums.

all my boxes have pokemon except for box 1 since i cleaned it for the pokegen...... im trying to load the injectiondebug.bin through : tools> load/dump box... is this correct ?

No, just drag + drop injectiondebug.bin into the latest pkhex.

More than possible -- it's very, very easy. I got full RAM dumps working before this -- they're what I used to make this!

how exactly do u open injectiondebug.bin in pkhex .... i just keep getting blank boxes

Make sure you have something in box 2 or box 3 when doing the exploit. injectiondebug.bin is a copy of your first few boxes -- if there's nothing in them, you can't get your SID.

Just wanted to say how cool this is, thanks to all the developers.

I've been trying to get this to work:

1. I created a poke and named it pokemon.ekx (made sure it was ekx)

2. Placed that and code.bin into root of SD card (not in any folders)

3. Put the card in 3ds, and loaded oras

4. Went into box 1, made sure there was no pokemon in slot 1

5. Went to homessreen without closing, and went to the internet browser

6. Typed address in and it said it couldn't load part of page

7. Web browser crashed and I opened oras to find there was no pokemon generated

There isn't a injectiondebug.bin in my sd card, so I have no idea what happened.

I just got the newest pkhex. when i click open then injection debug it says injection binary loaded but i still cant find my SID?

When it loads the injection binary, you should see your boxes on the right side. Find one of your pokemon in the first five boxes, and view it to see your SID.

Your pokemon.ekx is a .pkx file, not a .ekx file.

Hey guys,

So after a few failed attempts I was able to get the injection to work though I only get eggs. Not bad eggs but eggs that say they are about to hatch but it seems they wont (although I havent hatched eggs in a while just seems like a long time) After the first egg I went back and edit the meeting settings to reflect meet at level 1 at the day care helpers though this new egg also says meet at a mysteries place on 0/0/2000 and thats its about to hatch.

What do you guys think?

Hey, I managed to make something happen, my Hoopa's an egg though, is that normal or did i get a bad egg? i made sure it was ekx instead of the other so idk

If you got an egg, your "pokemon.ekx" is not actually a .ekx file.

So I've tried making a Hoopa in Alpha Sapphire and I've copied the code file thingy and the pokemon.ekx file over to my SD card, followed the steps I believe, went to loadcode.projectpokemon.org, let it crash, loaded my game, and nothing?

I confirmed I'm on 9.4.0-21U. idk what i'm doing wrong :c

Did you unzip the code file? Could you take a screenshot of the root of your SD card? Have you hit the initialize save data button in the 3ds web browser? Are you running the exploit AFTER opening the game and loading your save?
