I'm not sure, but oh well. We'll come across the main stuff as we're working on it.

It's just hard finding stuff because most of it is out of order. Some Elite Four stuff was in the 140s, while the beginning of the game was around the 430s. And there's just a bunch of dumb test message files. We really need a separate thread if we have people that are serious about translating the story.

Yeah I'm just working on whatever I can figure out. I'm doing the Hall of Fame induction now. Probably not, but it'd be fun to know what's going on, especially since we'll have a good number of people working on it. Better than waiting 6-8 months for the US release...though I'm still gonna buy it

Yes the Japanese SS is retail

I was able to Pokeshift from a flashcart. Pkmn White was on the cart and I used an Japanese copy of SS to transfer the pokemon

I've forked the story translation part, even though it's not getting much attention yet. I'll see what I can do with it right now easily, then move to the harder stuff afterwards.

Wow I would think it would let you import the save, but I'm using a flashcart so I need to use .SAV

Actually I'm not too sure. I was able to load a .SAV file from my flashcart onto DESMuME, and I think you should be able to export a .SAV file while playing with the emulator
