<p><p><p><p><p><p>NU doesn't mean horrible. I can use NU Pokemon just fine, even in OU. It's just as long as a Pokemon can be used properly and be used to fulfill its role. I think your Raichu has served you well for the most part.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
