Setting up is for the likes of Ampharos or Magnezone, who are much bulkier, but even they won't use Rain Dance/Charge/etc... let's take a look at its offensies. Raichu has good attack and SpA: choose your poison. Look at its movepool and see which one works out.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
