Also keep in mind that works MUCH better in singles than in doubles. Don't use that set in doubles: doubles Empoleon rather uses its bulk and trolls around its foes with Icy Wind, or even has a Water Absorb friend to use Surf alongside it (unless you want to 1v1 target with Scald).</p></p></p></p></p></p>
