<p><p><p><p><p><p>Yes, Empoleon has a very nice defensive typing, and has a few weaknesses. UNFORTUNATELY, and VERY much unfortunately, those few weaknesses it has are VERY COMMON: Electric, Fighting and Ground moves. And chances are, your opponents will MOST LIKELY carry those moves and you won't have time to set that up. This is late game Empoleon: place a Life Orb, Agility when you can force a switch, then attack with Hydro Pump/Flash Cannon... and a coverage move like Ice Beam or Grass Knot is helpful. Leftovers is probably more useful than Aqua Ring when you think about it, but the type you use is sweeper. If you'd like. make it the Substitute/Agility version carrying Petaya Berry... keep spamming Substitute until you are 25% HP... then start spamming + 2 Hydro Pump, and + 1 coverage move (Ice Beam is probably best).</p></p></p></p></p></p>
