For instance, one top comment maxed out Politoed's special attack stat and and gave Sylveon a calm nature (or whatever boosts sp. def), 130 Sp. Def and 110 HP and it would have taken over 90%, potentially a OHKO. </p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm may not know much about these type of calculations but I'm well aware that there are things to be considered. Since you don't know, it is why I said you assume things and go with what seems reasonable - obviously Sylveon would not have survived were it's sp. def low, but it's HP looks a little lower as well, but it also doesn't look too weak as well.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>It was mostly a joke, but if you were bored you could play around with the possibilities. It could also be Game Freak just making Sylveon look overpowered - both Pangoro and Sylveon lost half their HP and were hit by two criticals (although I can see it more with Pangoro's situation, it looks very bulky).</p></p></p></p></p></p>
