I only have normal 6 string guitars and a 4 string bass. the local music store here in holland only sells the 'normal' guitars. I even had to import my Les Paul from America, because they wouldn't sell it... "Too expensive" they said... Suckers. Also, I only bought the Les Paul and Fender myself... Those guitars are much too expensive, I mean, you pay more for the GIBSON on the head, than the guitar itself...

My influences are mostly the artists like Eric Clapton, Eric Johnson (Cliffs of Dover is amazingly fun, but hard, to play), Led Zepplin, the Eagles and such. I'm not really into the Van Halen or Hendrix guitar playing...

I still got my level 1 togepi walking behind me all the time. I switch to my pidgeot when I can get attacked though.

Yea, I read that, but I meant if it's really necessary to have the Wonder Card. I know I deleted mine right away when I got the Secret Key... EDIT: Do you happen to know all the regional codes for HeartGold and Platinum? Or do you perhaps know how I can find them? Thanks in advance

Thanks Tbird, You're totally right about the importance of the chords and intervals, though I must admit I played piano before I started to play the guitar. But because of that, I learnt to play guitar pretty quickly. I recommend everyone to play at least 1 instrument, it makes everything easier Also, I intend to stick around for a while. Feralligates just helped me a lot with Action Replay, and hopefully I'll learn some more, and eventually help others on this forum with their problems too. Thanks again for the help Feralligates!

Thanks! It finally worked. I got the Yellow Forest from the green guy now. Is it a bad thing I didn't receive the wonder card? Oh and by the way, does this trick (changing the first 3 lines to those other 2) work with every code, to get them to work on the EU version of HeartGold? Thank you so very much!

Well, somehow it doesn't seem to work with me . Something in that code is wrong, and for that reason I'm unable to spawn the green guy in the convenient store in Goldenrod City I tried it with Card 1 and Gift 1. I don't know what else I can do Sorry guys, I guess not-being from Japan sucks if you wanna get events...

I'll tell you step by step what I've done: I started up the MG Editor -> Save file mode -> Import PCD -> PGT From WC -> SAVE ->Action Replay Export -> Live ARDS Code preview (I set it to Platinum EU Gift 1) -> copied the code and manually put it in my AR... I think I failed there. And about the Yellow Forest card, I can just put what ever I want as the code? So I could make the code something like: I like pie except when its fake ? Or does it have to be as random as normally, like FAHSH211 HYYYWJK1 etc? And how long should it be? Also, I don't really understand what you meant with the copying things in the blank xml. For example, here is the Jirachi XML before I put it in AR: EDIT: Seems like the weird </game> things and such are gone in the spoiler thing, is that a big problem? They're there in my wordpad document EDIT EDIT: Yellow Forest problem (gosh I suck, sorry for annoying you guys with mah stupid questions): I imported the PCD, pressed from WC and saved PGT. (Corresponding WC number = 1) I went to Action Replay Export, Custom IDs = Pokemon HeartGold UK - HGSS, JP (IPKE AD102382). When I click the Custom ID, I get an error message which says something like "The value of -1391451262 is not right for Value. Value has to be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'." --> Sorry, it's not the exact translation, but I translated it as good as I could. Also, my Live ARDS Code Preview is still 'Diamond - JP - Gift 1'. Should I change that? (If I change it to EU HeartGold it says it's "Index is outside the Matrixborders" or something --> Terrible translation sorry... I had to translate it litteraly word for word, I hope you guys understand) Sorry for being such a difficult person >.<

I accidently used mine on a weedle once... Forgot I ran out of normal pokéballs and just pressed the buttons on routine. Luckily that never happend afterwards, and I only use my masterballs on additional legendaries in the game. Like Rayquaza in Sapphire, or Mewto in red/blue... I'm not wasting my precious ball on a storyline legendary

Ehm hi, First off, thanks for making this program I got a bit of a problem though. I wanted the Yellow forest on my Heartgold game, unfortunate, I got the UK/EU version of the game. In your program, I can only choose for the Japanese Heargold/Soulsilver. Is there a way to bypass this or to convert the code to the EU code? Second, I wanted to get the Pikachu coloured Pichu and Jirachi events on my Platinum game. I did everything like you said, copied the code in the blank .xml and I succesfully put the code on my Action Replay DS. But when I started up my platinum save game, the screen went all white, and the game restarted. When I tried it again, it did the same thing... Somehow my game won't start when I put in the codes (I also tried 1 at a time). Do you have any idea how I can fix this? Thanks in advance P.S. I'm a real Action Replay noob, so I'm sure the problem is on my side, not yours

I was about 5 when I got Pokemon Yellow with the GameBoy

A few days ago I picked up Pokémon Heartgold, before that I just finished Super Mario Galaxy 2

My favorite instrument is the electric guitar. I mostly play on my Gibson Les Paul Studio (Fireburn), but I also got a Fender Eric Johnson Signature Stratocaster (In Candy Apple red), a Squier Strat (for practicing at my own place). I also got an acoustic guitar. It's a Taylor, but I really have no idea what series it is. I got it as a birthday present from my whole family And I got a bass guitar. It's a 4 string Dean Edge Hammer Mahogany. There's a Yamaha Keyboard here as well, which I used to play on, but recently I fully commited myself to the guitar. My band's called Z.E.P. Unfortunate, we never took the time to put our songs on youtube (for the record, we're only covering songs. I try to write some lyrics sometimes, but so far... not impressive at all ). We're mainly playing rock songs. We practically play all sub-genres in rock though. So you can see us play House of the Rising sun one moment, and Green Day 2 minutes later. We got a leadguitarist/vocals (me), bass guitar and drummer/backup vocals. My 5 seconds of fame were when me and my band got to play in a local pub for 1 hour It was 20:30 and somehow everyone was drunk already. Very funny to play songs like Wonderwall or Nothing Else Matters when drunk people try to keep up with the lyrics. You should really try it out some time. Nice song by the way, I enjoyed listening

I'm sorry for asking, but is there a way to use US codes on my UK game? I mean, can I 'convert' the US codes into Europe codes or something?

Hello, First off all, I'm new here. I don't know if this is the right place to post such topic, so I'm sincerely sorry if I'm not supposed to post here. I recently got Action Replay DS from a friend, combined with his old Platinum game (I also got Diamon and Heart Gold). I already used some codes, but I read something about using AR Codes to get "Events". Unfortunate, I'm what you can call an Action Replay Noob. I have no idea how to make such codes, or how to obtain them. So I was wondering, can anybody please help me and teach me how to get those events for Heart Gold and Platinum/Diamond using Action Replay? I think I need all of them, since I never got an event, except for the Hidden Key in Platinum. Thanks in advance everyone P.S. I did some research myself already, but I heard the codes in USA/Japan are different from the ones in Europe (Where I'm from). Is there any hope for me left? :frown:
