I keep trying to send you a message but this site is telling me my inbox is full. I only have 1 message. I see you do research into PMD. I was wondering if you knew anything about Munchlax in RRT. I've been trying to encounter it for almost 10 years. I've put over 1,000 hours into the game. It's infuriating. I've gone to the dojo and then the town to pass days, I've tried constantly keeping apples in my inventory but nothing ever happens. Would you happen to know a way to make it show up? I'd like to finally complete my adventure log.

Somehow the settings gave Members a conversation quota of 0, meaning no one could send private messages. Fixed it, see if you can send messages now.
I don't know the specifics of Munchlax, but it seems it's not recruit-able... that is until hax are applied. This super cheats thread seems to have more details, but it should® be possible to obtain Munchlax using save editing or ARDS cheats (and I don't know of any off-hand).
