Action Replay Codes For Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

I wanted to request a code, an Ability Modifier. I know some for Pearl/Diamond/Platinum perhaps it's possible to convert these to SS/HG. EDIT: I've browse through almost the entire thread and haven't seen one requested or posted. If so, otherwise, please post a link for me :3
