    Hmm... I think it may be because I used it to get a Riolu and I don't have the national dex yet so it's number is ???? currently.

    Okay, I'm having a problem the with Pokemon Modifier code using the 493 master balls. The code works and everything but any pokemon I catch using this code won't breed. I have a ditto in the day care and I rode back and forth for quite a while and never got a call about an egg. Is there anyway to fix this?

    Worked for me, I just hatched a shiny Mareep to check it. And to answer your breeding question. Have Wailme/Wailordr learn Water Spout, breed that to a Remoraid/Octilery and then you can breed that to a Squirtle to have the eggs know Water Spout
