Can I request a code to find my Secret ID for my European/UK version of HeartGold?

2 Problems. Whenever I attempt to write my name, "NIX", in the main section or the Pokemon section, it changes to "N" whenever I save. Any Pokemon created have "??????N" in their OT section. Second, all my Pokemon have either "Mischievous" or "Often dozes off" below the level I "apparently" met them at (need to find a european secret Id code.) Any suggestions on how to fix this? Edit: Have Fixed name problem, and have altered IV's enough that they have different info. The only problem I have now is not having a European Action Replay code for finding the Secret ID.
