When you download the Pokemon from the DW, it goes into the Entree Forest of the Entralink. No more connections to the DW server is made, the Pokemon is on your game for you to interact with.

Quick question, when a Pokemon is PokeTransferred the Encounter Type is set to 00 (Egg/Pal Park/Event/Honey tree/Shaymin) in any and ALL cases, correct?

I noticed that PokeTransfer.exe doesn't change the Encounter type when converting a Pokemon from 4th to 5th Gen. Is this correct?

Also, when a Pokemon is PokeTransferred, it's hatched trash is deleted and changed (e.g. BELDUM\FFFF\0211ぁ\0000\4008 is changed to BELDUM\FFFF\0000\0000\0000\FFFF), correct?

I thought that you can hit the "Generate" button in Pokesav and have it automatically generate a random legit PID? Or am I just completely clueless about how PID works? :tongue:

Right, I've finished most of the Trash Bytes stuff, but I've reached an impasse. I do not have a Korean Platinum or HeartGold/SoulSilver save, so I can't get KOR Trash Bytes. So.... Does anyone have or can play through and get those saves for me?
