  1. PKHeX is a save editor for core-series Pokémon games. With it, users can manipulate various save files including: .sav, .dsv, .dat, .gci, .raw, and .bin types. PKHeX can also read and write: .pk files, which are individual Pokémon files, and .pgt, .pcd, .pgf, .wc, which are Mystery Gift files.   2. PBR support just has minimal editing of stored data. If the community wants more editing functionality, they'll need to research and document where/how data is stored. PKHeX is open source; pull requests are accepted.

  3. When I disable the option "Always Use Large Sprites (Past Games)" in Recent Version Pkhex Settings. It appear this bug in Female Pikachu Sprites in all Past Games.

  4. Legality checks working as intended. Can you catch the Pokémon in question with its corresponding details (Ball/Shiny/IV/Level) in GO at the date it says it was captured at?

  5. That's a RAR file, it's an archive. You need a program like 7zip, winzip or winrar in order to open it.
