PKHeX needs to be updated for GMax Melmetal to be flagged legal. Also, it can't be traded online as it's a new event. Give it some time and it should be tradeable soon. It happens every time a new event Pokemon previously locked before is distributed.2 points

Nope, there isn't a way to do this in PKHeX. Someone would have to find where these values are stored in the save, and then document them adequately for implementation. Since it's an entirely cosmetic value change, this would be very low priority to implement, and would realistically only be implemented if someone else did it and submitted a pull request.1 point

Yes PKHeX needs to be updated to add them to PKHeX's legality registers Trading has NOTHING to do with PKHeX. It's just that the server's whitelist hasn't been updated yet. Truth ^^1 point
