Gen3 Jirachi distribution was carried out in the Pokemon Festa 2003-2005, WHF18, All pokemon centors, Ito-Yokado, JUSCO, Toys "R" Us and HelloMac. I was not able to see the distribution machine when I received Jirachi in the Ito-Yokado. But, I discovered the distribution machine used in the WHF and PF. I'm thinking that might also be a needed flag, but as I go through the story until that point I'm going to make multiple backups in case there is some obscure flag. I do hope that's going to be a simple change in one flag.
