damio
The Glitch that forces the IVs of the Legendary trio of dogs to be extremely low. Does any body know the highest these can be? I've forgotten >.>
kazumi213
Glitched GBA roaming pokemon (aka "Roaming GBA" type) - Lati@s (from R/S only) - Dog trio IVs: HP = 0-31 Atk = 0-7 Rest = 0 (always) Emerald roaming Latis are not glitched.

KazoWAR
Glitched GBA roaming pokemon (aka "Roaming GBA" type)- Lati@s (from R/S only) - Dog trio IVs: HP = 0-31 Atk = 0-7 Rest = 0 (always) Emerald roaming Latis are not glitched. Interesting, could that have been fixed with a re-release of an updated version of FR/LG? I have seen a ton of very good Suicunes in trade threads, dont tell me they are all hacked! Syberia
Colosseum can give dogs with "regular" (I use the quotes because no one knows the formula) IVs as well. Though they will be from "distant land."

Though they will be from "distant land." I'm not sure if there is a specific PID type, so I will just use low IVs, i dont mind.

I have seen a ton of very good Suicunes in trade threads, dont tell me they are all hacked! I confirmed those results by using all "available" releases (versions and regions) so if you've seen GBA roaming Suicunes with IVs higher than the max values posted above then yes, they are hacks. SCV
More amazing would be knowing the Roaming GBA algorithm. We have known that for months. It is just the regular algorithm with the IVs truncated. The truncation happens when copying the roaming info to the pkm. In between generation and encounter, you can find the roaming info in the sav, which includes PID and IVs and they are that of a normal GBA algorithm.
