Question about "Relearn Moves" under "Moves" section of PKHex.

I'm attempting to build a living dex from scratch. I've completed it through Gen 7, but think I may have fumbled on the "Relearn Moves" section and may need to go back and tidy this section up. I want all my Pokemon to look as legit as possible.

My whole living dex consists of level 100 Pokemon. However, their "Relearn Moves" section all has (None), (None). For example, my level 100 Bulbasuar has the moveset: Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Petal Dance, Sleep Powder. And the Relearn Moves are: Tackle, Petal Dance, (None), (None). Shouldn't the Bulbasaur techincally have something like: Tackle, Petal Dance, Growl, Leech Seed? Does the double (None) make it look suspicious?

Relearn Moves for eggs are the moves it knew at birth (when it was created as an egg). If the two parents only passed down one move (Petal Dance), then that's how it is.

How statistically likely it was that the two parents were set up to pass only Petal Dance is irrelevant to the legality, moreso the plausibility. Suspiciousness is up to you.

I'm still confused. So Bulbasaur's second learned move, "Growl" would not show up under relearn moves even if it was replaced by another move? Are you saying Relearned moves are only egg moves?

At the very least, Egg moves or whatever moves get thrown onto the Mon during an event. Some games have wild mons that you catch that would have these moves populated.

So they’re not just restricted to egg moves, but most commonly seen there.
