Sabresite Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Awesome! I am surprised since I didn't think Pokemon was translated into Portuguese.
DarkSteel Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Pokemon isn't translated into Portuguese, only the promo is in Portuguese, Nintendo sell the US version for Latin America
Gallade Posted February 28, 2010 Author Posted February 28, 2010 Bulbagarden has updated the event page with a wondercard. I don't know if it is Spanish or Portugese. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Nintendo_event_Pok%C3%A9mon_in_2010 @mod: topic title should be corrected: comming should be coming:biggrin:
Sabresite Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Its in Portuguese. So they have brazillian wondercards for an ENGLISH game? Wow this is weird. By the way it says: Send your Jirachi to your copy of Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver to access the new area in Pokewalker! Make sure to save the game before getting it from any PokeMart in Sinnoh.
NTR-AAQE-USA Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 The Wondercard is there but the OT and ID is unknown? I don't believe them
Bassito Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Yeah, they are getting the event in Brazil, No the games are not in Portuguese they use the NA games, The WCs are in English.
Sabresite Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Bulbapedia has the WC text in Portuguese, so I wonder if they made it up like NTR suggested.
Bassito Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Friend just called me Via Skype, he got one from Saraiva MegaStore, he lives in São Paulo, and the WC is in PT-BR lol.
Espastico Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Hello people, I am from Brazil. English is not my language, so sorry for any gramatical error from my part. All Pokemon games sold in Brazil are the same sold in the U.S., all in English, there is no game in Portuguese. This is the first Pokemon Event realized in Brazil and this event is being held in just two Brazilian cities (Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), I do not live in any of them, but some people who have caught the Jirachi posted some photos of Wondercard. The front of the wondercard is in English, so I'm suspicious that the back is in englisth too, different from what the Bulbapedia posted (in portuguese), but I have no pictures to confirm this, but I am trying to obtain this information (and the wondercard). By the way, looks like this Jirachi is the same distributed in all Latin America by the Official Nintendo Publisher LATAMEL http://www.latamel.com, the OT is the same (PKLATAM, from LATAMel) and the OT is the same too (03010). Someone already posted the wondercard for this LATAM Jirachi in Event Contribution Thread - http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?5164-Event-Contribution-Collection&p=67059&viewfull=1#post67059, but I am trying hard to obtain the wondercard from the people who already have this special event Pokemon.
Gallade Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 Thanks for the information. This one seems to be the same as the mexican one. Are you 100% sure that this is a Brazilian Jirachi??
Sabresite Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Friend just called me Via Skype, he got one from Saraiva MegaStore, he lives in São Paulo, and the WC is in PT-BR lol. Do you have pictures of the WC, or can you upload the WC?
Gallade Posted March 9, 2010 Author Posted March 9, 2010 Bulbapedia has updated the site now and merged the brazilian and mexican jirachi together with one and the same wondercard so I don't think that there is a Portuguese wondercard afterall.
blopa Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 here is the Jirachi and the WC from latamel event in Brazil! http://www.4shared.com/file/242486948/22ab7f7/jirachi_from_br.html =)
