HuramW Posted July 4 Posted July 4 (edited) Hello, I have a question that I really need help with, which has troubled me for a long time: I am a player of "Pokémon Violet". When using pkhex to read the archive, in the other tabs, in addition to Miraidon(Figure 1,240112), you can also see a Skwovet and a Fuecoco in the miscellaneous items in the lower right corner(Figure 2 and Figure 3,240310 and 240703). These two Pokémon were met around November 27, 2022, and they are Japanese trainers. These two Pokémon are not visible in the 240112 version of pkhex, but can be seen from versions 240310-240703. I can't edit these two Pokémon, nor can I delete them, and I can't find them in the game. This is very troublesome to me! So please help me solve this problem. Delete these two Pokémon. Thank you very much! Edited July 4 by HuramW

I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for, but if it doesn't exist yet, you can create a "pkmdb" folder right next to your PKHeX.exe. In this folder you can put individual Pokemon files which will then appear in Tools > Data > PKM Database. The PKM Database will also show all Pokemon from the current loaded save file as well as from backups (if enabled in the EntityDb settings). There are hundreds of user contributed PKM files that you could put into that folder. https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/category/196-user-contributed-pkm-files/

Make sure that PKHeX is extracted from the zip, don't run it from inside. Also don't try to run it from any cloud drive (like OneDrive), put it somewhere locally on your PC.

I'm not sure if I stored it, I just tried to put it in the normal folder, but I really can't get into the program because of that. It's difficult.

Paco Posted September 24 Posted September 24 I know It's not big deal but check this thread! It could be awesome if you implement this feature for ORAS.

Use the Pokedex editor. It has buttons for what you are asking for.
RobRock Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Does it work with older pokemon games in nintendo switch that dont have support pokemon brilliant pearl
Kaphotics Posted October 20 Posted October 20 On 10/19/2024 at 5:57 AM, RobRock said: Does it work with older pokemon games in nintendo switch that dont have support pokemon brilliant pearl PKHeX supports all mainline games and side-games that can link with official Pokémon data, including BD/SP. It does not support ROM hacks which alter the game structure, and requires you to export your save data properly without console encryption to read the file.
