I tried Tera Finder Launcher but it's only Tera raid but not wild Tera type I want to make it shiny like static encounters example wild tera shiny dragonite. or snorlax in kitakami. You can eventually dump the static encounter blocks yourself if they're labeled in here, replace the ek9 data with the ones you want to inject and restore the edited blocks.
