SilverHylian Posted June 23, 2023 Share Posted June 23, 2023 Hello everyone, I have been using PKHeX as a validation tool, and I recently discovered its "Box Data Report" feature/tool. While looking at the list, at the bottom there are some weird entries, with garbled names and a location at some place called "Resort". Are those garbage data, something corrupted or is it normal? I've looked through my backups and those glitch entries can always be found, but they are not the same for every save. I have included a photo as an example. Thank you for your time. Atrius97 Posted June 25, 2023 Share Posted June 25, 2023 That is garbage data as a result of PKHeX reading what it believes "should be" pokemon data in the Poké Pelago storage slots. You'll also find that sometimes after putting a Pokémon into the Poké Pelago, or daycare, or fusing then unfusing Pokémon, that the box report/verify all PKM options will show "clones" of your Pokémon in those slots, because the game sometimes doesn't entirely clear the data from those slots even after the Pokémon has moved out of them. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can ignore the resort slot messages if you know they are not currently occupied; the data is merely a shadow/remnant of a slot after you recall it from the resort. anonsoumy Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 I am not sure if I can ignore it. I can't take pokemon out of Pokemon Pelago as far as I searched. So they ARE currently occupying Isle Abeens (other Isles require you to actively select and put pokemon in them. This one is the default and is what's creating the Resort error). Every time I make an edit in PKHex, the save file gets corrupted due to it, and I can't open them. I tried by making a simple edit of changing Trainer Money, as well as changing Pokemon stats. I am not sure how to get around this issue, if I can't take the Pokemon out of the Resort status, and save files will be corrupted because of it.
