help with transfer

Hey! I was wondering if anyone could help me with transfering my shiny swampert to gen 8. I tried just taking the .pk3 file and putting it in my gen 8 save, but that did not work. so I tried slowly importing and exporting the pokemon from gen to gen, then importing the .pk7 file into my gen save but that did not work. also I dont know if this is relevant but the shiny symbol is half white half red.

Just means it's a Xor0 square shiny. Nothing else.

"Did not work" is too vague; you need to elaborate.

the swampert did not show up in the party or box, (and yes I checked if the .pk3 as corrupted) and when I would open up the gen 8 sav file on pkhex the swampert would be where I put it with no errors.

Do you have Sysnand/Emunand?
