Can't open files

Maybe someone can assist me, I can't seem to be able to open these files 

Pokemon Stadium 2.srm Pokemon Stadium 2.srm

The files are about twice as large as they should be.

How did you get them?

I was looking for  a way to acquire the opponents pokemon on stadium and found these save files on the internet but I can't seem to open them.

I would suggest looking for other files then. Valid file size is 128 KB.

is there a tool I can use to open srm files?

A hex editor. Tho I doubt it would be any use to you. Grab a correctly sized file, probably means you gotta dump it correctly.
