Hoping for some help

So i went out and bought a 3ds, omega ruby, ultra moon and ultra sun, thinking i could get some of the pokemon i wanted. But then i find put alot of them where limited time event pokemon giveaways. I was going to do the CFW and try to get the mons i want that way, but i only have 1 3ds so i wpuldnt be able to trade them over. I was hoping someone would eother help me out and give me any dupicate mons you have, or cpuld make me some legal mons, or help me with the whole process of cfw, pkhex and how to give to myself. Will i need a 2nd 3ds to trade these legal mons to or need someonea help? And you are able to remove cfw after too correct? I mean i just wanna get the pokemon i cant obtain anylonger, legal stats and dont wanna get banned. I dont know if i need to worry about that as much with the 2ds xl or what the limitations are. Or how it works so to speak haha so any info on that wpuld be great
